If you are feeling out the market for massage chairs, then consider going to a Home Show or County Fair. You may find massage chair vendors. We have had many clients buy massage chairs at Fairs, for instance, and then only have a series of problems. We checked into a number of these venues as mystery shoppers posing as serious buyers. Based on input from our customers and our own firsthand look, we offer 5 tips to avoid mistakes, so you get the best massage chair to meet your long term needs.
1. Massage Chair Motors are Vital: You want to find out 2 things. Find out where the motors are made. The best motors come from Japan. They are precision made and long lasting. The motors need sufficient torque to power through the massage, since all your weight is put on them. You also want to ask how many motors they have. It is far better to have fewer high quality motors then many. You want to avoid getting low quality motors or you will have many service calls in the future.
2. Beware of Over Generous Warranties: Many of these vendors promise very compelling warranties. The question is: Will they be here tomorrow to honor that warranty? One way to find out is to ask the salesperson if they have independent internet dealers, (That doesn?t mean their own website or E-bay!). Or even better, do they have retailers that have physical brick and mortar locations (preferable a known chain store). If not, then chances are they may never answer your call down the road for help. (The number you have reached has been disconnected and there is no new number–beep!).
3. We Get Our Massage Chair From Panasonic’s Factory: One of our favorite sales claims is where the massage chair comes from or where it is made. Some of our customers told us that salespeople would claim to get their massage chair from Panasonic’s factory. This is a weird claim and we see it as a tactic to get you to believe somehow their quality is the same, but of course at a substantial discount to the Panasonic chair. Now, how could this be? It must be the same as the Panasonic, be careful!
4. Jack of All Trades, Master of None: Beware of vendors at fairs and home shows that sell everything but the kitchen sink. This is a sure sign of a one man importing machine. Now, I have a healthy respect for the entrepreneur, but one must specialize. I have seen booths with a couple of massage chairs along with a million other gadgets. It is like a one man flea market. These guys import everything and anything, especially what they just got a good deal on. Seriously, who knows what massage chair will be on the next shipment? They are armed and dangerous. Use Extreme Caution!
5. This is The Deal of The Century: We all know the saying: If it’s too good to be true, then it probably is! This is certainly true when looking for a massage chair. The major manufacturers offer show specials, so you truly can get a good deal. Where you must be careful, are the small time vendors. They bring in a cheap chair loaded with features and sell it at ridiculously low prices. Avoid the temptation of short term gain for long term pain. You may be buying a long string of breakdowns, long waits for parts (if ever) and expensive technician service calls. Be careful of the deal of the century!
We have put these tips together from many of our customers that have made these mistakes and we are passing this one so you do not fall into these same traps. There are many excellent massage chairs on the market. They will bring you years of enjoyment and relief. Take your time and find the right model from a reputable manufacturer. By the time of writing this post there’s less than a month left until the Mother’s Day and there’s still time to get the gift. But I think it’s not gonna be long and many will find themselves not having gotten the present and the time ending. So the following are some of the ideas for the last chance gift.
Firstly you will always be able to get flowers, so go for it. To add to that you can get some high-cost chocolate. Or as another idea you can get a fruit basket. It’s a simple gift but a good one despite everything.
But for it to be a really good gift we need some personal touch. And for this post I want to suggest the idea of a card made of old photos that have a meaning to you and your mother. It’s similar to scrapbooking but takes a lot less time, which you don’t have when we’re talking about last chance gifts.
The most feasible idea to make such a card is to use a computer. If you have any graphic editing skills you can do that simply with a program like Photoshop. Or you can look for some e-card templates online. Then print it out and add it to you flowers or the basket.
The essential idea is to personalize it so it doesn’t seem like the present made hastily. You evidently don’t want your mother to know that you have forgotten the Mother’s Day. And creating such a personal little present will undoubtedly do it. Specifically if you can choose a really touching picture.
That’s one of ideas, but indeed you should always try to think outside the box. It will not be a mistake if you make it like you mean it. Try to find that special thing that you feel is special to your mother and let her know.

We all know that once flowers are severed at the stem, they will eventually decay. We can lengthen the time that flowers look their best by following several guidelines. In doing so we can take more enjoyment out of an investment, which is often hefty when buying from a florist.
First you should guarantee that the florist you got them from can give you an idea on how fresh the flowers are. Only get the freshest flowers that have either been fresh cut, or kept in cold storage so as to prevent the process of decay. Some florists will even guarantee that flowers are of a certain age to prove to clients that they care about customer satisfaction.
Even if you have just obtained the flowers, you will need to cut the stems immediately. This will allow water to get to the flower via the stem. Make sure you make the cut at an angle, typically a fairly wide one, so that you are able to create as much surface area as possible on the flower stem. The end result should look like the stem comes to a sharp point.
You should keep your vase clean at all times. Also pick out any leaves or foliage that dips below the water line. Bacteria can form and cause drastic damage to your flower. An infection can cut the shelf life of the flower by whole days if you aren’t careful. Some additives may help you in safeguarding your flower from bacteria and other negative influences.
The right vase should be tall enough to cover around three inches of the stem in water. This is considered normal for the plant to have proper access to water. Any less or more may negatively influence the life of your flower. Also make sure that any crevices present in the vase are well rinsed out, since soap may hide in such places after cleaning the vase. Some florists will give you a vase with the flowers as a gift that you can use.
Keep your flowers away from anything that would harm them. Some florists may dye flowers to make them festive for events such as Valentine’s Day. Although this is creative and nice, it will also lower the life expectancy of the flower more often than not. Some bouquets may also mutilate flowers to appear a certain way- which will also drastically decrease the amount of time you can expect your flower to live.

Video game players are now becoming an increasingly large percentage of the population. It’s more than likely you have a close relative or friend that plays video games on a constant basis. February is the shortest of all months, but perhaps holds the most meaning when it comes to love and friendship. Sometimes it can be hard to express your love or feelings of friendship when buying gifts, so it wouldn’t be a bad idea to become more knowledgeable on what type of gift to give different people.
When you want a universally accepted gift, you can never go wrong with a box of chocolates. Chocolates are so common on Valentine’s Day that you could give them to anyone and there really wouldn’t be a second thought as to whether or not you meant anything special buy it. You can buy a large box, or perhaps a premium box, to help show your feelings.
Cuddling is associated with Valentine’s Day, so it would be a great idea to buy something for someone that serves such a purpose- perhaps a stuffed animal or even a real animal. Valentine’s Day is usually characterized by the stuffed bear, but by no means do you have to follow this trend. In most cases any animal will do, and they go very well with a second small gift such as chocolates.
Flowers are a tradition when it comes to Valentine’s Day gifts. Roses are quite expensive when bought by the dozen, so they also show that one cares a lot to go through the trouble of spending so much money. Giving flowers may warrant that you buy a vase, a card, and another small gift so as to make the experience complete.
Another tradition is the classic Valentine card. For younger children, it is common to send and receive already made cards that contain candy or small toys. Such websites also allow for achievements, points, and other items to be unlocked through doing well in various video games played online.

There are some resources who might try to charge a membership fee for access to games, but odds are you can play them elsewhere or have seen a similar type of game on a competitor’s website. Because advertisements help pay for the games you play for free, you shouldn’t have to feel obligated to pay the developer anything (although most accept donations).
